APPLICATIONS
The flanged heaters are designed to meet the multiple needs of heating liquid substances in the civil and industrial sector. Consisting of several elements welded on an ANSI flange and assembled through disks shaped spacers, to ensure optimal heat exchange in the presence of at high speed flows. The heaters, welded on the flange, ensure high performance and a remarkable efficiency both for heating and maintenance of the product.
The electric heating elements, can be provided with sheaths of different materials, in order to optimize the process and eliminate the problem in those cases in which the heater, it has to operate in environments with particularly aggressive substances.
TECHNICAL DATA :
- Sheathed in stainless steel outer tubular AISI 321, resistant to corrosion and high temperatures
- UNI flange in carbon steel FE 42 UNI 6783, forged and printed. Face contact pana turned and rifled.
- outer margin turned to sharp edges.
- Size PN 16 UNI 6093
- protective cover machined from galvanized steel sheet thickness 3 mm.
- Brass cable gland with expanding insert
QUALITY CHECK
All Flanged heaters are subjected to the test of quality and safety. The tests are performed with automatic machine and comply with all applicable legislation.
