Efficient thermoregulation

The p4100 regulators 1/8 DIN (96x96mm), combine sophisticated features with versatility and ease of use, so as to represent a range of regulators suitable for most industrial processes. This series of controllers offers a large panel which makes it easy to set and read. Among the features include auto / manual function with the passage in “bumpless” mode, the pre-tune and self-tune, user-selectable PID parameters and ramps to the setpoint to meet the needs of all demanding drive applications. It is available the alarm strategy as standard: two software alarms, a loop alarm inhibit function and safety protection. The universal input accepts thermocouple, RTD or DC linear inputs. At the same time there is a wide selection of outputs including relay / SSR, alarm, linear output and RS485 interface.

The plus series, the Temperature Controllers West Instruments makes everything easier:

  • Less types of stock regulators (All outputs are in Plug-in)
  • Absence of Jumper (Avoid mistakes)
  • automatic hardware configuration (Reduce set-up time)
  • Greater flexibility (With RSP and TxPSU across the range)
  • Operator menu customization (Easy to set via PC)
  • Simple operation (HMI improved and simplified)
  • Programmable double display with four digits
  • Universal input – thermocouple, RTD three-wire or DC linear (mA, mV or V)
  • Choice of plug-in output to meet the needs of the most diverse and complex applications (relay, SSR or linear DC) Auto / manual and automatic tuning
  • Option Double setpoint
  • basic remote setpoint (only SPR input)
  • RS485 communication option (Modbus RTU and ASCII West
  • Front panel with IP65 protection
  • Simple procedure to set-up with password protection
  • Suitable to replace the N4100 series (both mechanically and electrically in communication)
