Heaters for brewed beer and wine

The electrical heating elements are widely used in the food industry, they are used for both packaging processes, cutting and cooking of the products. Generally the most used models are the armored elements in stainless steel (AISI 316) and those in silicon.

Armored heating elements for beer and wine

Mainly used in fermentation processes, this type of hater is entirely made of AISI 316L, in order to ensure a quality standard excelled and a clean process.

This type of heaters, is provided according to customer needs, both from the point of view of design, both from the point of view of the power output, although, in these cases, the specific power needs to stay rather low is that it uses by boiling it in the mash.

Silicone heaters for fermentation of beer and wine warming

If you want to avoid direct contact with the food of the resistance to heat, they typically use resistors to silicone band, with excellent performance and can guarantee uniform heating across the surface we are going to cover.

The great flexibility given by this type of heaters allows us a mounting and one dismounting element very quickly, with no need to make changes to the stainless steel kettle.

Process Control

The control of the whole process, can be made by our controllers or via direct interface to a PLC, always using a suitable temperature probe, maybe housed inside a thermowell in AISI 316

Tubular heaters:

  • Element in AISI 316L
  • Voltage: 230 / 380V
  • Power: At the customer’s request

Silicone heaters:

  • Resistive element drowned in silicon
  • Voltage: 230 / 380V
  • Coupling Type: spring
  • Safety thermostat optional
