Mica band heaters for plastic molding
General description
Mica band heaters are usable for multiple uses, suitable for the heating of circular surfaces in contact or radiation, input in to heating hollow metal mass, or simply as anti-condensate resistance for applications that do not exceed 300 °C. The mechanical construction of this kind of heaters allows for a wide range of solutions created on purpose on customer’s request, and carried out by a detailed development of the best solution.

The main advantage of this type of heaters consists primarily of a small footprint on the workpiece to be heated, by low costs and a great flexibility of construction which allows us to realize this type of heater adapted to the individual needs of the customer.
The only limit of the Mica band heaters is the maximum working temperature, beyond which a ceramic band resistance should be used.
